On the nose we get dried herb, cherry, cola, tobacco, fennel and violets. On the palate: plum, black cherry and cassis with fresh acidity, silky tannins and a long finish.

More about this wine

Winemaker Notes
Three vineyards and five clones offer complexity and balance: spice from Bien Nacido, lush fruit from Solomon Hills, a silky mouth-feel and long finish from Presqu’ile. Meticulously sorted fruit is fermented in whole clusters exclusively with native yeast. Use of new French oak is minimal.
