Pinot Noir Rim Rock Vineyard

This wine completed native yeast fermentation, including 35% whole cluster, and native malo-lactic conversion. It brims with aromas of leather, mushroom, tobacco and raspberry. On the palate, we get flavors of wild berries and dried fruit, a velvety texture and lingering finish.
