Rosé of Pinot Noir Santa Maria Valley

Our 2011 Rosé is comprised of 100% Pinot Noir from Presqu’ile Vineyard and Solomon Hills Vineyard – both in Santa Maria Valley. Fermented by native yeasts and aged in stainless steel, this wine is crisp, fresh and fruit-forward. Aromas of red berries, nuanced floral notes and “Santa Maria spice” dance on the nose of this coral-colored wine. On the palate, a delicate touch underlies flavors of fresh raspberries, strawberries, red apple and watermelon. The mid-palate is well-rounded with balanced acidity and leads to a long finish.
