This Sauvignon Blanc is well-rounded, concentrated and balanced by snappy acidity. Most of the fruit came from Riverbench Vineyard, chosen for the citrus and tropical character that so perfectly complements the cool minerality found in White Hills Vineyard fruit.

The dimension in this wine stems from the extraordinary fruit and native yeast fermentation followed by aging in stainless steel, neutral French oak barrels and the concrete egg. The steel protects the purity of varietal character, the oak enhances the wine’s mouth-feel and the egg underscores the wine’s weight.
