Santa Maria Valley
Rich with sandalwood-like “Santa Maria spice,” this graceful and balanced wine features notes of raspberry, black cherry and anise. The wine completed native yeast fermentation, including 35% whole cluster, and 100% native malo-lactic conversion. The whole-cluster fermentation contributes to this wine’s medium body and round mouth-feel. We relish the wine’s long finish, which tapers with hints of cherry, tobacco and brilliant minerality.
