This is one for the Lovers -- decadent braised short ribs, buttery mashed potatoes, garden vegetable mille feuille (trust us, it's the only way you'll want to eat your vegetables from here on out!) + dark chocolate lava cake (!!!) with crème anglaise and Presqu'ile Late Harvest soaked dates. Paired with our 2014 Presqu'ile Vineyard Pinot Noir, a wine from the cellar more than deserving of all this holiday pomp and circumstance!
